The Research and Training development unit ensures that all VVH Construction's employees and workers are competent on their assigned duties to the company they are assigned to:

• Identify the weaknesses and limitation of the employee in terms of personal and technical skills.
• Facilitate further coaching and on-the-job training to enhance the employees' potential.
• Conduct familiarity to equipment for workers and undergo actual test for applicants to evaluate their skills and performance.
