Precast is only used within ranges of exterior and interior walls. Compressed in concrete and stone, creating a solid but maneuverable wall or face. By producing precast concrete in a controlled environment (precast plant), the precast concrete provides the opportunity to properly cure and be closely monitored by plant employees. Using a precast concrete system offers many potential advantages over onsite casting. Precast concrete production can be performed on ground level, which helps with safety throughout a project.
Customized Concrete Elements
Concrete elements are casted and cured in our manufacturing plant then transported to the construction site. Casting at our plant allows increased efficiency and higher quality control. We use durable, permanent steel forms, reducing formwork costs compared to sitecast concrete. Controlled casting conditions and high quality forms allow greater control or surface finishes.
