All individuals entering Ilocos Norte with symptoms of COVID-19, unless they are residents, shall be denied to enter the province.

All persons attempting entry to the province must be checked for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and undergo the following:

- Clearance to enter issued by competent authorities

- Endorsement to their home or resident LGUs

- A 14-day home quarantine
